Effective Monday, May 10th, 2021, USG will increase prices on the following products: • All Commercial and Retail Suspension Systems in the US will increase by up to 10% (including drywall suspension systems) • All USG Specialty Ceilings Suspension Systems in the US will increase by up to 10% (includes USG & USG Ceilings Plus) • USG Specialty Ceilings in the US will increase by up to 10% (includes Compasso™, Curvatura™, Celebration™ & Wireworks™) Grid shipments will be managed as necessary to ensure equitable distribution. Marino\WARE prides itself in keeping you current on what’s happening in steel. The metal framing industry is in the throes of supply challenges like we have never seen. Besides monthly price hikes, deliveries from steel mills are getting stretched. The latest development is that the cost for steel coil in May jumped far more than expected. As a result, we must revise our May 4 price increase to 20%. This precedes the June 1 increase in the amount of 10%, which will also go into effect as planned. Our highest priority is to meet all of our obligations and remain the industry’s most reliable steel supplier. Sometimes that requires taking extraordinary steps.

LANCASTER, PA – Effective Monday, May 3, 2021, Armstrong Ceiling Solutions will: • Initiate a 10% price increase on all mineral fiber and fiberglass ceiling panels These actions reflect increased raw material and operating costs. For longer-term future quotes, we suggest the following pricing for 2021/2022: • An additional increase of 5% for quotes on or after August 2, 2021, and • Another additional increase of 5% for quotes on or after February 7, 2022

Effective Monday, April 12, 2021, Armstrong Architectural Specialties will implement a price increase of: • 10% on all Metal-based List products, including MetalWorks, Suspension, Hanging Kits, Trim, Clips, and other Metal Accessories. • Up to 7% on all other Architectural Specialties ceilings and walls list products. These actions reflect increases in the cost of transportation and raw materials. Please note the escalation table on all custom and premium quotations will apply. For longer-term future quotes, we suggest the following pricing for 2021/2022: • An additional increase of 5% for quotes on or after August 2, 2021, and • Another additional increase of 5% for quotes on or after February 1, 2022

To Our Customers: Effective with shipments on and after Monday, March 29th, 2021, USG will increase its prices on all wallboard, glass-mat, tile backer, interior finishing, and bead and trim products. • All wallboard products will increase 20%, which includes all Sheetrock® brand Wallboard products and Securock® brand Glass-Mat products. • All Durock® brand cement board and glass mat tile backer and Fiberock® brand products will increase 5%. • All interior finishing products will increase 5%, which includes all Joint Compound, Tape, Texture, Plaster and Accessories products. • All bead and trim products will increase 10% which includes all Paper-Faced Bead & Trim and Metal Bead products.
